ABSTRACT

There are differences on the treatment principals of gunshot injuries between high kinetic energy and low kinetic energy because tissue destruction power is different. Temporary cavitation is created by guns with high kinetic energy and is cause of destructive of this kind of injuries. Organs which are in the temporary cavitation are injured because of late effects unnoticeable and occured in hours during first exploration. And occured lots of complications. Mechanisms of this kind of injuries and some issues which are important will be discussed.
