ABSTRACT
Primary squamous cell carcinoma of the breast is a rare tumor classified as one of the metaplastic carcinomas of the breast. The case we present was diagnosed as primary squamous cell carcinoma of the breast after histopathogical analysis. All foci origin from head and neck, lung, cervix, urinary bladder, esophagus and skin, were screened clinically develops squamous cell carcinoma and no other tumor foci were detected in our case. We present a 85 years-old woman with squamous cell carcinoma of left breast and review of the literature.
