ABSTRACT

Psoriasiform dermatosis is a disease which resembles psoriasis clinically and histopathologically. Erythematous and scaly papules and plaques are seen clinically. Histopathological features are parakeratosis, prominent rete edges and vascular dilatation in papillary dermiş and epidermal hyperplasia in variant degrees. Our case was 63 years old woman presented with pruritic, erythematous and scaly papules and plaques on her chest, back and extremities occurred after treatment of paclitaxel and carboplatin for cervix carcinoma. There are psoriasiform dermatosis cases occurred after different kinds of drugs in literature. We decided to report this case because there are not enough psoriasiform dermatosis cases occurred after paclitaxel and carboplatin in literature.
