ABSTRACT

Lipoleiomyoma is a rare benign tumour and a variant of uterin leiomyoma. Histologically, these tumours are composed of mixture of mature adipose tissue, fibrous tissue and smooth muscle cells. Most patients are asymptomatic. Lipoleiomyomas are most often found in the uterine corpus, and are usually intramural. We report a case of lipoleiomyoma of the uterine cervix combined with bilateral endometriosis and endometrioma.
