ABSTRACT
Hydatid cyst is a parasitic disorder caused by Echinococcus Granulosus. This microorganism mainly affects the liver, but it can also involve other organs. Here we present a primary Fallopian tube involvement diagnosed during a laparoscopy planned for an infertile patient presenting with acute pelvic pain due to an adnexal mass suggesting an endometrioma.
