ABSTRACT

Peptic ulcer is mostly seen at stomach and duodenum. Gastric ulcer is mostly seen between 30-60 year-old age group whereas duodenal ulcer is mostly seen between 20-50 year-old age, in our country. Helicobacter pylori, aspirin and nonsteroid antiinflamatory drugs also have a role in etiopathogenesis of ulcer.
