ABSTRACT
Bier’s spots are transient anemic macules. They may be either physiological or pathological manifestation. Here we present a patient who had multiple asymptomatic anemic macules on the forearms and dorsum of the hands. A clinician should examine for features of thrombophilia, vasculopathy and aortic malformations when a patient presents with Bier’s spots.
