ABSTRACT
Anesthesia and analgesia management play a critical role in war and terror trauma patients. These include targeted damage control resuscitation, establishing a safe airway, management of required fluid and blood transfusions, perioperative management, adequate sedation and analgesia, postoperative and intensive care interventions. In these injuries that are beginning to increase nowadays, all anesthesiologists should have knowledge of anesthesia and analgesia management of such trauma patients and should form their own management plans.
