ABSTRACT

Renal cell carcinoma (RCC) is most frequently seen between the ages of 50-70, but occasionally diagnosed during pregnancy. RCC is the most commonly encountered renal neoplasm in pregnancy. Most cases are incidentally diagnosed in pregnancy. Sometimes diagnosis delays because of concomitant urinary semptoms which occurs frequently in gestation. The probability of cure and management of the disease is directly related to the stage and degree of tumor dissemination. We discussed a 35 years old postpartum metastatic RCC case.
