ABSTRACT

Asherman Syndrome is an endometrial pathology due to endometrial trauma. Because of the obliteration of the uterine cavity it may cause amenorrhea, hypomenore, dysmenorrhea or infertility. Our purpose is to discuss the diagnosis and treatment modalities for Asherman Syndrome and to present a case of Asherman Syndrome, which has been occurred following uterine rupture during labor which is diagnosed late because of lactation.
