Natural and manmade disasters, and their devastating impact, have effected to every country on the World. Today approximately 1 of every 25 people worldwide is effected by these disasters. Disaters can lead to many injuries, deads and great socioeconomic loses. Major earthquakes have the potential to be one of the most catastrophic natural disasters. There must be emergency medical plan, organisation and disaster management plan in every country. The purpose of this study is to review and analyze with literature, how should be emergency medicine plan, organisation and disaster management.
