Emotional responses and adaptation problems are extremely common in patients. Patient’s physical, cognitive, emotional functions and social life are affected negatively because of symptoms of disease, complications and treatments caused by inherent distress, the worries about the future, fear of losing adequateness and becoming addicted to someone else, concerns about impaired body image.
