Upper Urinary Tract Urothelial Cell Carcinomas (UUT-UCT’s) are relatively rare compared to Lower Urinary Tract (bladder) Ephitelial Cell Tumors. Primary Ureteral Tumors (PUT) are more uncommon malignancies than the other urothelial tumors (1 %). Bladder tumors are the fourth common cancer in the world. PUT are extremely rare tumors, being 1 % of UUT-UCT’s. PUT is diagnosed incidentally while ethiopathogenesis of nonfunctioning kidney is being searched. We present this case, because it is rare and interesting with its unusual location, not showing any metastasis although it is a big tumor and relativey young age of presentation.
