Multiple biliary hamartomas or von Meyenburg complexes are rare benign malformations of the intrahepatic bile ducts.They typically cause no symptoms or disturbance in liver function and thus in most instances they are diagnosed incidentally.However, they can rarely show malignant transformation.We aimed to present 78 years old patient with a diagnosis of biliary hamartomas with imaging findings.
