Neuroendocrine tumors are lesions orginated from neural tissues. Although they are rare in head and neck region, they are the second most common tumors of larynx following squamous cell carcinoma. They are consist of less than 1 % of larynx tumors. They can be diagnosed by dying with neuroendocrine tumor markers such as synaptophysin, chromogranin, Kİ 67 and cytokeratin. Low grade neuroendocrine carcinoma is the most common neuroendocrine tumor. It has an agressive course and cervical metastasis is common at the time of diagnosis.

A 60 year old male patient admitted to our clinic by 3 months of dysphagia and foreign body sensation at throat. There was a lesion covering laryngeal surface of epiglot and narrowing laryngeal passage. It also infiltrated aryepiglottic fold and reached arytenoid. The lesion was a lobulated mass that was about 3x2 cm and this leasion caused thickening of aryepiglottic fold. There was a lesion which was originated from supraglottik region and measured as 3x2 cm on the computer scan tomography. There was a lymphadenopathy at right juguler region which was measured as 2 cm in diameter.
