Surgery is first choice treatment for these neoplasm and can be either partial or a total laryngectomy, depending on the extension and histological grade of the tumor. Chondrosarcoma of the larynx generally has a good prognosis. In this report, a laryngeal chondrosarcoma case is presented which was treated surgically with a total laryngectomy.
