Abdominal cocoon, is a rare cause of ileus which is seen primary or secondary with acute or subacute intestinal obstruction symptoms because of all or part of intestine covered with fibrocollagenose membrane. We are presenting two patient whom operated because of abdominal cocoon admitting with ileus symptoms.
