During childhood, abdominal pain is a frequently encountered symptom, there are several diseases that should be considered in differential diagnosis. Acute pancreatitis is also an important cause of acute abdominal pain in both adulthood and in childhood. Because it is less likely to occur during childhood, acute pancreatitis, which is an important cause of mortality, can be overlooked in differential diagnosis. This patient who was thought to have different diseases in different health centers, was eventually diagnosed as acut pancreatitis and presented as a case to emphasize the clinic and diagnosis of acut pancreatitis.
