In recent years, with increasing terrorism both in our country and around the world, approach to high-energy trauma have gained importance. Especially during pregnancy, high-energy trauma causes severe mortality and morbidity both in the mother and the baby. Knowing physiological changes in pregnancy before treatment in emergency health units, is very important in the management of trauma.
