Due to the global increase in old-age population, there is an increase in the number of elderly women searching care for their gynecologic problems. Early diagnosis modalities and proper treatment strategies should be established for this group concerning gynecologic cancers, vulvar dystrophies, pelvic organ prolapsus and postmenopausal osteoporosis, all of which cause significant morbidity in these old-age women.
